Mortier 1-2.5-8 coarse is a pointing mortar based on portland cement, type SA hydrated lime and sand meeting CSA A179-14 specifications. The use of an air-entraining agent in 1-2.5-8 coarse mortar improves durability. It may contain colorants (optional). It is formulated to obtain a spread of 70% to 80% or a Vicat of 18 to 25 mm. For interior or exterior use, this mortar is specially formulated for the restoration of historic buildings. It is ideal for works in brick, architectural blocks (clay, concrete or silico-limestone), stone (limestone, granite or sandstone) and artificial stone.
Note: For 1-2.5-8 coarse mortar, 2 colors are available (gray and bone). However, Produits Daubois Inc. offers the possibility of developing custom colors.
