Neostone has been developed to offer a mortar with the physical properties essential for achieving compatibility between repair and substrate. These properties include excellent adhesion and higher vapour transmission than the stone being repaired, so as not to trap moisture between the substrate and the repair, causing premature deterioration. The final appearance of Neostone is also very close to that of the restored stone, and a custom coloring service is available to match the color of the mortar to that of the existing stone.
