Daubois Restomix® is a pointing mortar based on portland cement, type S hydrated lime and sand meeting CSA A179-14 specifications. The use of an air-entraining agent in Restomix® improves durability. It may contain colorants (optional). It is formulated to meet the mechanical properties specified in Table A.3, Appendix A, of CSA A179-14 for Type O mortar (modified spread between 70% and 80%). For interior or exterior use, this mortar is specially formulated for the restoration of historic buildings. It is ideal for works in brick, architectural block (clay, concrete or sand-lime), stone (limestone, granite or sandstone) and artificial stone.
