LIMITED WARRANTY NOTICE: Les Produits Daubois Inc. headquartered at 6155, boul. des Grandes-Prairies, St-Léonard (Québec) Canada H1P 1A5, warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects and to meet the technical properties stated in the technical data sheet. This warranty does not cover standard manufacturing variations, color variations/matching or efflorescence. Les Produits Daubois Inc. is not responsible for product installation or defective conditions caused by installation, structural movement, substrate failure, abusive use, impact, abrasion or alteration of the product, soil movement, excessive or unforeseen site conditions, acts of God, application of chemicals to the product or determination of the suitability of the product for its intended use and application. The original purchaser of the product is responsible for determining the suitability of the product for its intended uses and applications and assumes all risk and liability. The liability under this warranty, if found to be defective, IS LIMITED to the replacement of the defective product (as purchased), or, at the option of Les Produits Daubois Inc. a refund of the purchase price of the defective product. This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase of the product and is non-transferable. In the event of a claim under this warranty, notice must be given to Les Produits Daubois Inc. accompanied by the original proof of purchase, by transmitting a letter to its head office at the following coordinates: Les Produits Daubois Inc, 6155, boul. des Grandes-Prairies, St-Léonard (Québec) Canada H1P 1A5. THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN AND ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITY FOR LABOR, FREIGHT AND OTHER COSTS RELATED TO THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS DUE TO DELAYS BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PARTY.
